Isabelle Mazière is a London based documentary photographer. Mazière’s work centres on highlighting various communities and exploring their connection to the natural world. With a focus on expanding her own knowledge of societal circles, working with still analogue images, interviews, and sound. People are a prominent theme and the sense of collaboration between the photographer herself and her subject matter is crucial. Her recent ongoing project A Life Apart, explores the London river boaters in which she works in portraiture, still life and interviews to portray a view into the community. Mazière has exhibited at BAD Space Bournemouth 2023 and Giant gallery Bournemouth 2024 and the Bargehouse London in July 2024.
